GRANT OPENING DISC GOLF COURSE

Saturday February 19th, 2022, the new Disc Golf Course on our recreation facility was officially opened by Mayor Malanka (left picture) and Deputy Mayor Shaver (right picture).

Both came out to thank the volunteers for the great work done and to officially open the new Disc Golf Course by throwing the 'first disc' under guidance of Brian Hughes, the initiator of the new course. 

Many people came out on this sunny Winter Carnival day to share and celebrate this important day for Maitland and Augusta Township.
